Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original dust bags and shoebox. Ensure the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
